Quants Lead Personnel

With over 25 years of administering the business and a century of combined experience in the quantity surveying field, the Quants main associates have the skills and knowledge of running a successful professional company to ensure their clients are treated with confidentiality and respect.  Here are the partners to the business:

	Steve Wells - PQS MRICS - Senior Partner and President of Quants Inc. (Canada) Originally trained and gained his initial experience in the UK, Steve founded Quants in 1987.  He has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.  Now based in Toronto, Canada, he heads up the Americas operations. Steve has over 30 years experience as a claims expert  and commercial manager/quantity surveyor and is a member of both the CIQS (Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) and the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
	Donald Maw - BSc(Hons). PQS. PMP - Manager - Canada West Don worked in the UK as both an owners Quantity Surveyor and as prime contractors Commercial Manager. He has been a Principal in consultant Project Management businesses and held senior positions with commercial real estate developers in both Canada and the UK. Don maintains his PQS (Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors ) and PMP (Project Management Institute) designations. With this broad spectrum of experience and acquired knowledge Don offers full claims management services.
	Eamon Lynam - Senior Partner responsible for European and Middle East Operations Eamon has over 30 years experience working as a commercial manager and quantity surveyor on many large projects in Europe.  His particular expertise is M&E building services and has assisted most of the major specialist firms within the UK. Eamon takes responsibility for all operations within Europe and the Middle East.
	Michael Quinn - Senior Partner responsible for Australasia and Africa An expert in the field of piped services and building management controls systems, Michael has a wealth of experience in management systems and procedures. Not only has Michael worked as a commercial manager and quantity surveyor, he also operates as the Managing Director of a British building services (M&E) contractor.  This enables him to bring his  hands-on management experience of staff and labour and installation methodologies to the Quants sphere of services.
